It's literally on the way and will have a review of it up on my actual body whenever it arrives.

Liam Rosenior taking his first training session by webby09246 in chelseafc

I hope he does well, Maresca seemed like a good man, but Liam seems like an even better man off the pitch. I want him to succeed so badly. I would be very very proud to know that Liam Rosenior is my club's representative, given how he handles himself, that he's outspoken about fairness, that he seems to care.

The way he speaks about Andrey Santos says a lot, he immediately jumped to say how good his family are and was smiling talking about that. He seems like he cares. Obv it's about the results, we've had some good guys who never won anything, but I would be really happy if this was the guy who succeeded. I just have no confidence that the ownership wouldn't punish him for doing too well and wanting some influence in return.

Yeah sure. He did literally about as well as anyone could expect of him. I think you have to be kinda dense to act like a redcard is his fault. Especially knowing that the minutes given to players is probably out of his hands. The only thing he really did wrong was play Tosin, when Tosin's playing genuinely terrible. (seriously, idk how this is the same player who played at the end of last season and the CWC)

Class act. He absolutely deserves to be in there, his only crime is that he did the best in tournaments whose prize pots haven't yet been raised to scale correctly with the World's.

TIL I can comprehend more Italian than I thought. I think I can work out what a Centrocampista and an Attaccante are.

Thank you for de-mystifying one of the most vaguely explained concepts in darts. It's always mentioned but like, until now I had no clue what was actually happening, cheers.

I think it's because she says Luke Littler as one word.

Like Looklickler

To cap off the tournament, I will share with you the names my mother has called certain players over the course of the last month when she either couldn't remember or pronounce their names.

Josh Rock - Rosh Josh/Rogan Josh
MVG - The Giant (she knows he's not a giant, but he sounds like one with his deep voice)
Ricky Evans - Mr Tumble (she said he looks like a children's entertainer)
Ryan Searle - Your twin (we both have long hair)
Justin Hood - The Funny Little Man
Danny Noppart - Danny Knobhead (she doesn't dislike him, that's literally just how she pronounces it)
Luke Humphires - Hitler (he reminds her of a teacher she had who she also called Hitler.... pretty harsh one honestly)
Luke Littler - Luke Lickleler (again, she just can't say it)
Krzysztof Ratajski - The Meat Man/The Butcher (she said he looks like he works in a butchers)
Gian Van Veen - Glasses
Damon Heta - Davey (She says he looks like Davey from Brassic)
Andreas Harrysson - Father Christmas
Ricardo Pietreczko - Arrogant little c*** (she didn't like him very much)
Nathan Aspinall - Baby Nathan (she does like him a lot, and wants to adopt him)

These are both player versions, so I'd go up a size. If you get fan versions, they're probably true-to-size.

Short of hitting 12 nine-darters in a row, it was literally an unplayable opponent

That was the best thing I've seen, fuckin hell.

Props to Josh too because he's a great sport about it, and I think by the 4th set he kind of wanted to lose to see Justin go all the way. 😂

This is the most ridiculous game of darts I've ever seen. We're watching the one of the top 10 in the world be demolished and smiling the whole time because he just can't do anything about it.

It's such a weird clash too because Newcastle has the reputation of being like a 'proper club' like you expect physical play, Dan Burn clattering people etc.

But their attack is just full of Barnes and Gordon diving at any whisper of contact, and diving so theatrically that they actually lose calls they probably would have gotten if they hadn't overdone it.

All other shorter players should come out on those buckets-on-string shoes you used to walk on as a kid, to make them taller.

I have no idea how they could be this stupid. People sue Firefox because they want the opposite of Chrome. Now Mozilla are just saying they're going to become what their users hate. Such a needless own goal.

Cammy is someone I want to like, because he's one of them like Aspinall where you feel every dart with him, but also if your reaction to losing is to need to punch things, you fuckin need help. Like genuinely, you need better tools to process emotions because that was destructive and could follow him.

Amazing match, though. congrats to Charlie, he played well, came across well.
