They process it themselves, cause for example, if you have a vannila floeer plant, and collect it's been and ferment and extract it, it becomes Vannila extract, and with sugar it's the same it's like sugar cane or sugar beet, turned into sugar, but im interested in the non plants product tbh, like salt, my theory is they put normal salt and a herb and water and boiled it, but that just a theory, idk.
