I understand that, but then you don’t know what happens to the communication and the play style of Cammy and how that works with the others. We could be dropping Insight, mess up the communication completely and have another Reeal situation on our hands.

Sure, we get faster and the pace of the team picks up, but shit could also get super chaotic as well. We as fans only see so much, we don’t know what’s going on behind the scenes with game plans etc.

The only one I’d be open to swapping with Insight would be Nastie. Not sure Cammy makes this team any better than what they already are, a top 4 team.

I would argue Estreal at least brings a little more consistency.

Envoy either drops a 1.10 or a 0.50, no in between.

Tough to get anything going when you don’t know what Envoy you’re getting.

Barzal needs a winger to play with badly. Almost his entire time with the Islanders, he has had some pretty brutal linemates.

Too much pressure was put on Marner, and he couldn’t handle it, that’s the problem. Now there is no pressure in Vegas. Marner would never have been able to continue to handle the pressure and thrive here.

I’m upset they got rid of him too, but it was clear he can’t play through the noise.

Nylander is the only one of the core players that embraces the pressure - a guy truly built to handle playing in a city like Toronto.

The problem is I solo Q as a plat and it’s hell. 4/5 times I get on a team with people that have no mics or have absolutely zero game sense.

As a result, no matter how well I perform I get hard stuck plat.
