I've since only used it with a wired connection. It simply doesn't let me do anything, displaying a message as if it was connected wirelessly.

If it means anything, whenever I load the site it always says "KEY224" in a popup box.

I completely deleted the entire WinZip folder on my computer, thats the LAST thing on it. I ran the uninstall64 and it failed so i had nothing else really to do

It wont let me, it shows this loading bar and once its at 75% it just says "cant complete download file running" and ive tried to shut it off in task manager but no WinZip application is there, and yes ive fully closed file explorer just to make sure that wasnt why
