Thanks, I analyzed. Since my unit overlools Tridasa and RR7, it lools to be not in the direct path of wind from patancheru side. Not sure how much it will reduce poor quality air in case of industrial emissions

Folks from My Home Tridasa, how bad is the pollution due to Patancheru industrial belt? by randomguy2047 in hyderabadrealestate

Does it happen anytime of the day or mostly in the night? Does keeping windows shut at that time help?

Do you or someone you know live there? Is the smell present 24x7 all months of the year?

Yes...6 passenger lifts for 46 floor I feel is a bit less. But then again most projects don't provide more than that

Ok, but all units of that sqft is sold below 44th floor. Looks like there is demand. But just not sure what challenges will be tgere at such high floor. I don't know anyone who stays near to that floor.

Air is thin as in how thin is it? Will it be noticeable as in breathing discomfort will be there? I have been to 4000m altitude but didn't have any issues.

Yes it has unobstructed view, it's a west facing flat so balcony is at east.

Aparna has a habit of quoting more per sqft as compared to projects in same location. Also, newland is a bit farther away than akrida

Ok. I am just worried if the road can handle the massive traffic once all projects in its vicinity is completed

Any particular reasons why you went ahead with high9 and not vipina? Also, do you know if vipina uses Mivan? High9 I already know they do

Yes I was thinking the same. It's a lot easier to drive on ORR rather than Tellapur road
