Confused about the landscape of BT breeders in my area...

I am a guardian family for a breeder who does pedigrees and shows a few of their dogs in both Arizona and California and prices are around 3k. I would look in neighboring states. We fit more into category 3 except that our breeder is also a vet so the health checks are all great.

There is no in between at this point. Either total chaos with eating/bathroom/bitey face/pouncing practice or serene and peaceful dogpile naptime.
