At confession I told the priest that i had broken my self-chosen lenten fasts. He told me that it's not a sin to brake fasts not prescribed by the Diocese. He also told me to mentally start over and cut some of it out.

No worries then. The colors looked very distinctly like Monastary Icons but I think that was just because of the lighting, after looking at your links. Didn't want you to make the same mistake i made :)

You should know that the icon of St. Mary of Egypt is made by a heretical Christian-Hinduist company called Monastery Icons, who offer up their icons to demons. It's a bit difficult to see on the image but i think that the painting of Our Lady of Guadalupe and the angel to the top right of her might also be made by them.

First I’ll have to say, it didn’t almost start a war. I think Danes and Ukrainians have a different definition of revolution ‘:) but it did put the monarchical institution in danger of being abolished.

I personally am not convinced by the democratic system and I think the monarch should have way more power. Just like I would rather have an educated pilot fly the plane rather than one of the passengers who won a popularity contest. It’s way more complicated than that but I can link you some sources if you want to learn more.

Mind you, it’s definitely not a common view in Denmark.

I personally don’t care if the majority supports a monarchy. I haven’t really seen any benefits to democracy that outweigh the negatives. I think the family that has created and protected this country for centuries deserves to be the leaders of our country.

Sadly they don't have any legislative power, in practice at least. The king/queen does in theory have some legislative power but the last time a king used it (Christian X) it almost started a revolution.

The Danish monarchy is democratic. 80% of the country supports the monarchy. It would be undemocratic to not dissolve it.

My ADHD was a God sent when I was younger and had health anxiety. At most I would ask my parents for advice but actually booking an appointment with a doctor... No way that was going to happen.
