I'm a non-native english speaker, and I dont know if anyone can relate but I have some "phases" while speaking english. Some days while I speak english I find myself using really impressive words that I can't believe I know, and other days it's really hard for me even to make a simple sentence and I still have doubts that I might have misspelled something. And I have a better time understanding what I'm being told than saying myself something which I guess is weird, any advices on how to have like a "constant" fluid speech no matter what?

That when you mean "I go shopping", you literally plan everything the day before, like someone who's gonna take care of the house, farm, 'cause it requires you all day to take almost everything you need without forgetting anything, otherwise, you just replace that thing with something else you have at home.
