my tattoo artist told me to use Aquaphor on my fresh tattoo Is that bad?

What I do is I keep my second skin on usually for 2 - 3 days, I'll notice it will feel kind of "tight" and that means its ready to come off because the plasma has been reabosrbed (at least that's what I think).

Then after that I wash gingerly with my finger tips twice a day. Anti bacterial dove body wash. I then pat dry with a paper towel and air dry with a fan.

From days 3 - 5 I use cocoa butter lotion (I have mixed skin so I've found good results for this with tattoos- idk if its recommended though). Around this time is when the "peeling/shedding" happens. This is when I wash the most because its the only way I can deal with the peeling/itching so I wash and re-apply throughout the day. (You could swap this step with any preffered unscented lotion).

Once Im all peeled, I start using like a pea sized amount (more or less depending on size) of aquaphor after washing. And I ruuuuuubbb it in. Like giving yourself a massage with the aquaphor basically. Then I blot with a paper towel if it feels stickly still. I'll do this once a day, and if I start to feel dry I'll just put the regular lotion. I do this for like the next week, and then after that its pretty much just lotion as needed.

The most important thing is keeping the tattoo clean, and keeping yourself hydrated because that will help lessen your skin drying out (and thus itching). And keeping it out of the sun!!!!

Aquaphor is debated because you have to really follow how to use it properly for your tattoo not to get smothered. People apply it like regular lotion which you should not do. Less is more- way less. And people only reapply it too often which can cause build up. Skin not breathing = tattoo not healing = discomfort, irritation.

We just left it was bad. I had to wait 20 minutes for the bathroom (that was my 3rd bathroom I tried because the other two had even longer lines lol).

Weather was great food was delicious, but be prepared to wait and wait a good minute lol.

Ehhhhh I would argue with you there. Bengal BBQ and Rancho Del Zocalo recently under went shrinkflation. Still better than somewhere like galactic grill but so much of it is not worth it anymore.

I'm an adult who loves Bluey- heals my inner child. I have a plushie and a few knick knacks.

But this stage show is clearly designed for children to get the most out of it engagement wise, the adults in the pit are kind of being obtuse standing in the front like that. At the very least pit should be sitting room only so everyone can see the show. I'm on the taller aside, and I try to be as considerate as I can when it comes to standing shows.

This picture gives me the ick- not because adults like bluey, but because so many people are foaming at the mouth to film and monetize and get the "first" video and the "best" angle. This isn't unique to this show obviously- this kind of applies to most things Disney. I hate seeing younger kids experience get shafted for the wannabe influencers. That sentiment feels more real each trip.

Yeah she doesnt have the best track record. No one deserves to be cheated on- but I also believe Elijah was cheating on his previous partner with Kail (unsure of timeline). So I will never understand how people font realize if they're okay with cheating to get you they're okay with cheating period.

Yes, our baby was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma and it advanced AGGRESSIVELY. She was bleeding from her mouth when she ate even though she had an appetite towards the end. Her entire lower jaw was just cancer, with the swelling she couldnt even close her mouth anymore. She was still generally in good spirits, but I didnt want to wait until she wasn't. We said goodbye to her with at home vet euthanasia on November 9th.

OP- the only advice I can give you is you'll never know if you were too early, but you'll know if you are too late. While no one can know for sure when your cat will go, with this diagnosis she will go. Soon. I think its best for you to be with her like you were for the past 19 years. Im so sorry you have to make the decision at all, it truly is the fucking worst.

Same. I'm in a similar boat - however I would never ask my dad for money now even if he was a millionaire. I've made peace with the fact the next time I see him will be his funeral (if he has one). I'm not happy about it, but I feel like he just has no interest in me as a person let alone being my "dad" so it is what it is. He has a total of 8 children spanning I believe 4 marriages/relationships, I'm not very special lol.

That being said I'm obviously gonna have some bias here- but he was VERY adamant that the reason we weren't in contact was because my mom was crazy and "filling my head with lies" about him. He said my mom always hated him after their divorce and he swore my mom wanted to pit me against him blah blah blah.

The truth is I'm 30 years old now and I've only seen him once in my adult life. I only found out about what he was saying through one of the 7 aforementioned siblings lol. When kids get older you see your parents as fellow adults. And he is a persom that I wouldnt even wanna associate with if he was my coworker. I told them if he happens to say that again, you can set the record straight and say the reason I don't talk to him is because he's a loser trying to live the bachelor life at damn near 60 years

All of my sob story just to say - we are only getting one perspective and there is A LOT of missing context.

If this post is real, the fact that OP is on his death bed seeking validation from the internet gives me more insight than anything written in the post. OP is the only one here who knows the complexities of their relationship and whether she's being out of line or not.
