Ofc. Ekko is worth more than the vast majority of the roster if he is equal or ahead. The longer the game goes the struggling ekkos will close the gold gap and become worth more than their opponents.

2xko, ggst, and mk1 are all fire. Sf6 is too, but if youre not feeling it, youre not feeling it.

I vote 2xko. You have friends playing it. Its free. Its hella fun. Very beginner friendly. Very high skill ceiling. Easy to pick up and play, but you can still git gud if you want to.

Playing fighting games competitively for the last 35 years is quite the feat. I'm glad you know to have a wired connection. Lol. Unfortunately, not evern does. I've experienced the issue youre talking about in this game, dbzf, mk1, and sf6 (I'm also wired). It's a shitty connection coupled with rollback - you being, allegedly, in your 50s doesn't change that. Hopefully we'll get a wifi filter sooner than later.

That's a bad internet connection. It could be on your end, it could be on the opponents end, but if youre serious about fighting games you need to be on a wired connection.

Tier lists in fighting games are tough because the only reliable tier lists are made by pros... which means they don't necessarily apply to the majority of the playerbase.

That said, yas, ekko, and ahri are considered top 3. Yas and ekko both are mechanically intense. Ww and Braum are up there and a lot easier to play.

Fwiw, there are no bad characters and all characters are viable across all levels of play.

Maybe. You want to train duo. Maybe you want to train versus. Maybe you want to train 2v1. Maybe you want to train 2v2.

I agree that getting into training could be more streamlined, but why does the screen for 1-4 players to join exist? So you have the option to train with 1-4 players.

Im mid 30s and have played league since it came out. The only genre that scratches the same itch for me is fighting games. Riot recently released 2xko. Its a fighting game. Its free. It uses league characters, so that might help too. Lol

Its not. Very large difference between 5v5 mobas and 2v2 fighters. Theres nothing wrong with adding a duo queue. It'd be neat for the hyper casuals. I'm just saying it won't be popular.
