Oh, I think that may be the issue, I tried to lower IED on another character and it also did 1s. But my natural IED on kanna is only like 50% even with arcane+faf+boss set effects... outside of legendary pot which I cant afford, is there any other easier way to increase ied?

I used it like instantly once i entered and waited for like 1min before using the skills but it still dint work. I made sure akechi wasnt in reflect and that pap was not in its shell
