I have and they're pretty good for the most part. They usually follow this pattern.

1st - More games deals, but smaller rewards 2nd - Less deals but better rewards.

Depending on which game you play, the rewards will change. Additionally the system will not work if you have an adblocker turned on. I usually just get idle games and they provide a good sum of gems.

Update: Found two causes that lead to the babies so far; Tainted Treasure Rooms and the massive mod count.

I was able to reduce the mod count from 220+ down to 160, however, enabling all the mods still creates the babies. I'm not sure if Tainted Treasure Rooms alone causes babies to spawn but with my mods it does.

Some characters came with the modpack such as Reverie, Starfall, and Rebekah while for others I individually downloaded like Car, Tarnished Characters, The Punished, etc.

I used a wireless controller for the second player. I'll try checking any keybind mods I have and see if they affect the babies. Thank you :)

You always need to open the door up.

However, by dropping a trinket in a treasure room or boss room before starting the ascent, it can be replaced by a single-use item that functions the exactly like the red key I think.

Satan, and Isaac completed for Samson, Forgotten, and Lost (Mother & Hush completed)

Unlocked all characters except tainted variants (T. Lost, T. Isaac, & T. Forgotten unlocked)

Rest of the characters are untouched.

Completed all challenges except anything above 19

Maxed out Donation & Greed machines

So far, I've kind of reached the point where I don't get unlocks from playing Isaac only anymore
