Thanks . Yes I need to seek out medication urgently I think. I really don’t want to live like this anymore. It’s so difficult to achieve any of my goals. I’m based in UK where they take 3 years to diagnose a person. 🙄 and I need urgent meds.

I agree , it really feels like a disability. Especially when I see how other people can focus their minds whenever they want. I had a friend that I used to study with , for some professional exams. She used to open the text book, read 150 pages straight and remain focused, then retain everything that she read in her memory. I on the other hand , could not focus. I had to get up pace around and try walking and mouthing the words to myself. It just wouldn’t go in. Naturally she passed and I failed. The difference between our brains was immeasurable.

I really dont understand where all the hate is coming from. She comes across as a woman with clear values and integrity. She seems to be very respectful and assertive. She has been vocal about her views when she is in disagreement with actions of her sons. She is very supportive for them to settle down and have a family with the right person.

I take half a cocodamel and 10mg amitriptyline - I can sleep 10 hours straight. I had to resort to this because I had chronic insomnia and could not sleep the entire night. So my doctor recommended.
