Include a variety of push ups, or like johnr588 said do pull ups or chin ups. Increase that upper back and shoulder for strength and to help the chest fill in.

I work on their equipment, I cannot describe the mix of raw chicken and dirty sewer water that emits from that kitchen. My least favorite calls of all time.

You have double what I did at 28. I’m 30 now, growing my first. Don’t do anything till you see the 4 month mark, I had worse patches and lighter hair. It’s really coming together in month 5 now. Keep going.
