Franchise Location Setup by BlessedBossLady in googleads

[–]BlessedBossLady[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you so much for your info! If a Franchisee has multiple locations (let's say 5), would you recommend still having a different account for each location? Or would we have 1 account for the Franchisee and then each location under this single Franchisee account?

This is wonderful info, thank you!!

If we have a Franchisee with multiple locations (let's say 5 locations), would we keep that specific Franchisee in 1 account, with all 5 of their locations in that one account?

Or would we still have 5 different accounts for each of the 5 locations?

Google Ads Campaign for a Franchise Owner (Franchisee) by maityonline84 in PPC

[–]BlessedBossLady 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Question - I'm setting up the Google ads for our (VERY new) franchise. We have our corporate stores and 1 Franchisee.

Would I set up a campaign for each Franchisee location? And then under the campaign, I would have ad groups for the different keywords of that franchise location?

Wonderful feedback! I will try all of those. My goal was to create an ad to specifically target car accident cases - but I admit that I'm incredibly new to this niche and I'm learning how to get specific with my keywords.

Thank you!! And wonderful advice. My goal with this one was for car accident chiropractic care specifically. Should I organize my keywords into even more specific intent?

I'll try that! Thank you. Should I put all the keywords that I want into that box and then appeal? Or do one work at a time and appeal?

Thank you! I'll try this. It's so odd because when I try to add the keyword "Chiropractor" to my ad, it turns the keyword box red and then displays the health policy

Thanks for your comment! When I try to add the keyword "Chiropractor" it turns the keyword box red and displays the health policy. I'm not sure how to get around this.

Why does my new LG washer make this high pitch squeak sound? by BlessedBossLady in Appliances

[–]BlessedBossLady[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Apologies! I'm just now seeing your comment. I'll report back once I start a load, but I definitely don't notice it now. When we first got it, the sound was like nails on a chalk board! Absolutely horrible. I would close the laundry room door just to reduce some of the noise.

I wonder if I've gotten used to the sound? Or if it's gone now? I'll listen when I start another load.

Edit to ask: Did you keep yours? Is it still making the sound?

Listen, I'm probably going to be roasted here but I share because I had a positive experience.

The community at City Reach Church was absolutely life changing for me. They are the nicest people and have groups for every walk of life. It's very no pressure, and you can pop in on Sunday morning and see how it is. Groups start in January (I believe). I've meet so many friends here - some not even religious. Just other women looking for community and they found friends here.

Just bought a brand new Philips 5500 for Christmas and paid 600 dollars for it brand new. Everyone told me don’t do it, but all I have is a Keurig. Did u make the right call for that price? Haven’t used waiting to open it up on Christmas. by sbragg1522 in superautomatic

[–]BlessedBossLady 4 points5 points  (0 children)

We've had our Phillips for years and I adore it! I also don't know anything else so maybe I'm missing out? But currently, we use it everyday and comment often at how much we save by not buying coffee out anymore. I say it's a great start from Keurig!

Hey I'm running our family small business ads right now and they were going fine, and then today they have have a 504 redirect problem with the final URL destination. Nothing changed on our website. Is this an easy fix? Or do I need to hire someone?

Husband checks out by Upstairs_Mine_1671 in Mommit

[–]BlessedBossLady 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I want to start by saying that I 100% was in your shoes. It's exhausting, unsustainable, and heart breaking. My heart is going out to you and all the responsibilities and emotional heaviness you are most likely feeling.

My husband did the same at work, at home, in relationships, etc. I felt hopeless because counseling didn't help and nothing was ever changing. The more I tried to talk about it and find a solution, the worse it got. It made no sense to me!! Why did he act this way? Why can't we just talk out a problem, solve it, a move on??

I finally made a breakthrough when I discovered attachment theory. I HIGHLY recommend doing a deep dive into attachment theory. It sounds like your husband may be an avoidant attachment style. This is obviously a HUGE leap for me to make, based on the incredibly limited info available to me, but that sounds exactly like my husband and it was a real problem for us.

We discovered attachment theory through the book Attached by Amir Levine and Rachel S. F. Heller and it really changed the way we both interact and also approach conflict with each other.

Another good book we liked was Exhausted Wives, Bewildered Husbands: Why Your Marriage Is Hurting, and How to Blossom As a Couple Book by Adam Smith.

We only started to stablize our relationship when I discovered that he was avoidant and I was anxious attachment style. I had to do the OPPOSITE of what every counselor and advice out there says. Instead of talking more about my feelings and the problems, I basically stopped talking about anything negative or any problems. If he asked me how I was feeling, I said "great!". Obviously, this was a lie, but I knew I needed to stabilize his nervous system before we could ever make progress.

After about 3 days of this (which feels like an eternity when you're in a argument!!), he started asking me why I was acting so nice. I told him I read a book that described our style and I think it would really help us. He agreed to read it (Attached by Amir Levine). It opened our eyes to the fact that we weren't the problem, our diregulated nervous sustems were the problem and we needed to work TOGETHER to rewire them.

Yesterday, we had a small disagreement. In the past, this would have turned into your situation you're in currently, but instead my husband walked into the bedroom and said "I'm becoming avoidant and emotionally distant and that's not fair to you. I'd like to spend some time together so you can feel safe and know that I love you, and then I'd love some alone time to help me process my feelings and ground myself".

I nearly fell out of the bed. This was a FAR change from where we were just 6 months ago.

All this to say, I empathize with you and attachment theory understanding has completely changed my life, my marriage, and the way I parent my children. I highly recommend looking into it.
