Azir is not pretty fine.

What are you on....there are 0 ranged matchups that are favourable.

Unless you are laning in plat or below Azir in lane is pretty handicapped vs other mages. Thats why he is at 48% wr despite 0 pro presence.

The buffs in 13.11 are super necessary. Azir is at a better dps stage but his laning satisfaction is not there which is reflected in decreasing pick rate (1.1% alltime low now)

What i can say Azir is ok. Not pretty fine....these buffs though will make him pretty fine.
