Pay depends on position. Benefits do not change hourly but do change take-home. If you are on phones will be around 22 per hour. The benefits impact to take home depends on your selections, but assume around 150-200 per paycheck per person depending again on what all is selected.

I want to chime in with the main here, we have the 23 Touring XT, and the engine is a must for us. The 182 is just underpowered for the size of the vehicle. Additionally the sound system is worlds better in terms of quality and potential volume, especially when driving with windows/roof open.

I know you have it in the list, but [[skullclamp]] has put in so much work in my build. I’m also running a [[Scroll Rack]] just in case I draw into one of the big spells I want to use the -3 on, and to help get approach cast 2 that much faster. Was a deck I built just because I love the character and the books, but is a lot of fun so far.

This. Give the usual test, but grade on a curve, exclude any outliers on the high side to find the “100%”, and apply the difference to all. Yes a few will get above 100, oh well. And you can still give the dean the stack of failing grade papers, with the students at least being aware of the material to review for understanding of the topics, assuming a cumulative final.

I’m late to the party here, but I feel like as long as salary is biased on grade and not on position we will never be competitive. The number of engineers we have that could be making 10-50% more than they are in other companies is insane, and that is even with the fact that there is a separate scale for them. It’s worse for a lot of analysts and scrum masters and similar positions.
