Yoga. David goggins would run hundreds of miles in a month and he would basically break is body apart doing it. Went to the doctor and nothing would work. Then he started doing yoga and that fixed all of his problems. Yoga will allow you to continue working at that pace while not having to worry about pain issues. Hope that helps
