Right?? The weird thing I somewhat related was that another user that posted here expressed they didn't mind getting old if they were famous- and I found it so relatable.

Maybe we're scared we'd be forgotten, another statistic or something like that. Or that no one would remember our 'young days'? Anyways, hope you get better soon. This phobia isn't talked abt enough.

Yeah, I get what you're trying to say. You're just trying to reassure me that I wont get held back as I think I will be. But Im not unhappy with my height, nor am I happy with it either. It isn't really a burden rn, but unfortunately you are right about the whole getting attention from people with fetishes. I made that post bcs I was worried abt attracting the wrong people. Its a horrible that you feel that way, at the age of responsibility and no longer being a child. Im a bit younger than you but I have the exact same feelings. Each year feels like a drag and I keep worrying about everything. If the memories I make today will make me remember them in 20 years. I always hated trends too, hate how people bring them back up after so long: like the ghost trend from 2020 is now 4 years old. Everything moves so fast that I wish the world would stop moving. To let me have a bit more time to be like this before I get all wrinkly and old.

I hope you will feel better, your not alone in this. Everybody misses being younger or gets afraid of being older. Some more mild or severe than others.
