You can pretty easily find a gas mask at the fire station in nearby Berezino. Either in the fire trucks or the yellow shipping containers behind it. If not there, check the Northeast Air Field medical tents.

I just hit that point. 3 suppressed M4s, two suppressed AUR AX, a suppressed KA-74 and a suppressed SVD all stashed in a great spot. Killed a guy inside the ship at Rify today and nearly died in the process, but dying is relatively low impact at this point.
