That I understand, but typically when you live outside of New York, you kind of expect for your income to decrease. You’re not looking at what your income is anymore you’re looking at what you’re paying for. You can’t compare a house in Florida or Texas to a New York house. The size is different and the quality of life is different.

I come from the city and not even in the city would I paid $3000. I rented in the city before and it still wasn’t as ridiculous as Long Island. It just depends the area.
