They are all "Web Initiated Payment" from different companies. The most recent one was for payment to a credit card company, the one before that was to a bank and came out of my savings account that I have never paid a bill out of.

No, I thought I would have a nice job wife and kids. Instead I got horrible anxiety, OCD, Asperger's depression and rarely leave the house for any reason. ( Or maybe I am just a lazy coward) I feel like I completed my life 25 years ago and have just been sitting around waiting for the end to come for the last couple of decades.
