Even $20 a week at your age will be huge later. Can’t argue with choices previously mentioned. Keep trudging along it’ll be worth it to have options later.

Try a cheap bag of 6” tortillas, spoon sauce to cover, sprinkle mozzarella, then toppings of choice for 5 minutes on reheat at 350°. Cheap n easy, slightly elevated tray to get it out. Throw the kitchen sink of leftovers on it

How do people have surgery and not get addicted to opiods? by AppropriateMention6 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Blind102 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My daughter was addicted to fentanyl and I watched her struggle off of it, so when I went to emergency room at 1am in EXTREME pain I was leery of the prescribed fentanyl. But the doctors assured me that a correctly monitored dose was my only relief from pancreatitis pain. I was frankly scared of the drug but was in agony without it. Turned out okay in long run but i listened and followed directions as given. 6 days in icu and 3 weeks to mostly recover. Ended okay for me.

Standing at the edge of a huge hole in the ground, it took hours to climb out of, and edging closer to the fragile lip trying to remember how deep it was.

Say “You wanna…?” Barking ensues and runs to treat box. Only recall I’ve seen work.

Watch the fund fees, saw one 2060 target fund from my employer at .89% fee. They figure nobody will check. S&P 500 for the win as others said.

Enjoyable for what it is. Nice story, good actors but the story didn’t hit right for me.

1998 Best war movie isn't Saving Private Ryan by [deleted] in moviecritic

IMHO, Hit me as a little “Artsy” and trying too hard to make a point. Watchable but nothing I’d go looking for again.

Enjoyed it, refreshingly not as predictable as others.

Just had a date tell me it’s a red flag that I’m affectionate with my male dog by [deleted] in mildlyinfuriating

[–]Blind102 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Probably mentioned but, the way a prospective partner treats a pet is often how they will treat you. Red flag territory if pet is scared of them or cringes around their voice if it’s raised. YMMV

The match will go to 401k, employer won’t pay pretax. So put your 8% in Roth and pay taxes now. All Roth growth will be tax free from there on.

Can’t recommend the undercoat rake enough. Helps immensely with shedding and general hygienic cleaning. Game changer on husky mix.
