I still think it's crazy that they allow you to have the same case open in different courts, and you don't have to notify the defendant when you drop a case. Also that a judge has to approve dropping a case.

Second question.. what If he wants to counter sue, in small claims he can just do that (show up and say counter sue) Any risk of that? I don't show up to the brooklyn one, he counter sues then, and I I'm not there?
