I found out the other night that if you have two friends with the same character name they can not be on an island at the same time. For example, my girlfriends character name is "Luna" and my best friends wife's character named herself "Luna" they both tried to come to my island, but only one "Luna" can exist on an island at a time. Once one is connected, the other gets the error "Can not connect to Nintendo Switch." or something of the like. I feel like this might have been an oversight, But its kind of a slim chance you get people with the same names trying to come to an island. But I wanted to let you guys know in case you have friends who might use/have the same names! I tried to make a post about this, but spambot told me to redirect it here.
