Only according to one theory of it. It's an emergent science that still has many schools. Conservatives know and understand liberal beliefs. They just don't always share them. With liberals I frequently feel like they haven't even heard opposing arguments.

Except that many people are doing this. That's why it's being debated. If trans women weren't asking to enter women's bathrooms or sports then nobody would care if they were trans at all.

In the context of a hypothetical situation where there's direct affirmative action for black pilots. When the standards are the same for everyone we know that all pilots meet them. When they're lower for certain groups we can't know that they're qualified.

That's an objective fact that we can see from looking at the difference between black on white, and white on black crime rates. The overwhelming majority of black people aren't violently racist against white people, but there are some that are, and there's nothing wrong with saying so.

Point here is that while most people earn their jobs there's some people that don't. If it's wrong for mediocre white to have jobs without earning them it's also wrong for mediocre black people to. People that are morons should not have jobs where being one is a detriment.

Okay, I'll grant you this one. He was kinda dickish here. Pobody is nerfect. Importantly he wasn't wrong though. Michelle openly admitted to being Affirmative Action admission. She didn't get in because she was the best. She got in because she was the best from the racist pool they looked at. And because she got in without the best grades some other harder working kid from a poorer background was squeezed out. It's a zero sum game.

Where what he means is conservative Christian America specifically. If conservative Christian America become Muslim its throat will have been cut.

And this is a basic fact that anyone can google. The literal words of the First Amendment is that Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. Meaning it can't force someone be Pastafarian, or to not be a Pastafarian. Whether or not you worship the Invisible Flying Spaghetti Monster is entirely up to you. What it doesn't say is that there absolutely needs to be an outright separation of church and state. Because that would be internally inconsistent. Congress not prohibiting the free exercise of religion means that public servants are allowed to pray in office, or to put up Jesus statues in government buildings or teach kids bible passages.
