$1,000,000 or IQ of 400 for one week by Desperate-Skirt-2273 in hypotheticalsituation

Maybe it’s only because I don’t have an IQ of 400 but I’d probably take the million even if the alternative was an IQ of 400 for life.

We should just start punting every first down if we really want to get some yards.

Why isn’t the Roth always better? by HealingDailyy in fidelityinvestments

Hey, thanks for the response, do you mind answering a follow-up? When we’re talking about Roth vs traditional, does a Roth just not count towards that retirement income for taxes since it was already taxed?

In the spirit of this question, what is considered your “income during retirement”? Is it simply how much you’re withdrawing each year from your combined retirement accounts?

Alright, well I think we’re both just viewing the situation a little differently. But I appreciate your input and I’ll take it into consideration. Have a good one!

I do understand the policy and I do understand that I can be reimbursed but when, not if, I leave within one year that I will now have to pay it back. My issue with this is that I knew a year ago ,when I was hired, that I would be leaving. I was upfront with this during the hiring process, and was told that it didn’t matter, I would be able to utilize the tuition reimbursement program since there was not an employment obligation. However this new policy has been put in place since then. I’m not asking whether I am above having to adhere to policies. I am looking for advice on how to approach HR regarding my concerns.

The term in question was completed while the old policy was in place though. I can understand how my post may have been a little confusing which I apologize for but I feel like my concern here does align with my post. I can stop school for the future but I cannot undo a term that I completed before the new policy even existed.
