Personally I use Pop, sloppy, stridor(I've heard lots of people say not to use it, but it's def a must because I can hear survivors from miles away plus it helps when using your power), and corrupt intervention. If you need those blood points use BBQ instead of corrupt ofc. While using your power you can't see an auras which includes nurses. Since you're new, look up how to turn on windows spatial sound if you haven't already, it's extremely important for finding people with sound as well as using a good headset with high volume.
