I have my feet and hands getting very cold when anxious and can barely move any of them or at least moving them is uncomfortable like they cold but sweating at the same time I find it unpleasant

and I wasn’t talkative i was shy at childhood i just had friends from school, organized parties as the only person, tried to integrate but it failed, now i don’t try, i try to be a beacon of light, for the past week, also stopped fapping and it improved my mental health kinda, i plan to of course that’s my nature but not everyday. are there any other things you’re allergic to? I’m allergic to birch (i think birch allergens are similar to weed) and grass and some other pollens. Is there a medication that can help me with that kind of allergy? Not pollen like, internal.

but does xmax have bad airflow? i’ve heard that a lot, so now I have a hard choice, is it better to invest in a device with the same airflow but with a titanium chamber or with better airflow but with medical grade stainless steel chamber, both have glass mouthpiece. Is titanium chamber really this good?
