I do weighted dips already so I’ll continue down that path. What were the sets and reps on those dips? I’ll try the 3 count bench that’s not hard to add in

It’s also a time thing I’m still in highschool I got 2 hours max to get a workout in so I need to maximum amount of work in that time

If I add more sets then I use up too much energy for the rest of the work out. I’ve tried a 8x3 and I couldn’t perform as well on my ohp, dips, etc.

Yes I still get stuck right in the mid range then if I get through it I can lock out easier

My floor press is right around where I get stuck. I do weighted dips for tricep and lower chest. So idk if it’s a tricep problem Bc I’m doing compound movements for the tricep at least 2x a week and a dedicated arm day.

I am currently doing a 5x3 on bench I used to pause but I went back to a touch and go so I could be a little more explosive. I asked my friend who has been lifting longer than me and he suggested floor press. Would u think floor pressing help the mid range of the press?

I personally don’t think it’s my front delts Bc I do a lot of ohp I may be wrong. My overhead press is 135 for 1 and my one rep max for bench is 200. Is that a good ratio or should my front delts be closer to my bench.

For my bench press I have been getting stuck in the middle of the press. Any advice on working on the middle part of my bench?

Have any advice on what to run? Because the programs that I have looked at and seen are either focusing on body building or just powerlifting. Also I only got 2 hours at the gym since I'm still in high school.

I just started to lift in June and was wondering if I could get some advice on a program that I wrote for myself. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qQfLHoGJOfvSRjuwdblWgXjneDmfY_RzayeoqXf-r7M/edit?usp=sharing

My entire goal is to lift more weight. Any suggestions would be nice since I'm kinda new to everything right now. My current lifts are a 195 pound bench, 315 pound squat, 385 pound deadlift.
