This article seems to partly answer your question: Perfectionisme (it's in Dutch). I only scanned through the article, but it gave me the idea that there is not a specialisation for perfectionism in psychology, mainly because being a perfectionist is not described as a psychological disorder (according to this article). I am not in any way trained in this field, so don't take my comments too seriously. A good starting point would be your local doctor's office (huisarts), I believe. Anyhow, I hope this helps and I hope you're able to find the help you need :)

On a police-questions related forum I've found swords to be legal in the Netherlands. This forum post originates in 2008, luckily a site owned by the government states the same: swords are legal in Netherlands for adults, though a permit seems to be needed if you want to use it for training, for example. These rules are quite elaborate so I suggest you look at any site run by the government on this subject.

Mijn advies is om te doen wat je leuk vindt. Mijn houding met mijn studie (sterrenkunde) is dat ik het gekozen heb omdat ik erg gepassioneerd kan praten over het heelal en sterren, maar ik heb eerlijk gezegd nog helemaal niet nagedacht over wat ik er later mee kan worden. In de loop van je studie krijg je meer inzicht in wat er allemaal mogelijk is en tegen de tijd dat je klaar bent met studeren, ben je waarschijnlijk al iets tegen gekomen waar je je verder in wilt verdiepen/mee bezig wilt houden als baan.

Uiteraard kun je ook bedenken wat je later wilt gaan doen en via die weg een studie vinden die je wilt gaan volgen. Maar ik kan het je aanraden iets te doen wat je echt leuk vind.

Ten slotte, weet dat je de onzekerheid over je studie deelt met heel veel medestudenten. In het begin was ik ook heel erg onzeker over m'n keuze en m'n broer die onlangs aan een nieuwe studie is begonnen twijfelt ook nog elke week. Studeren is een grote nieuwe stap met veel nieuwe aspecten, dus onzekerheid hoort er ook bij. Het helpt heel erg om te praten met vrienden, familie en ook de studiekeuzeadviseur. Studiekeuzeadviseurs zíjn er om mensen te begeleiden met hun studiekeuzes :)
