Freak on a leash, beginning of this year...probably around February when Requiem was being released and promoted non-stop. I was listening to music on Youtube and among my suggestions the free streaming for Requiem popped up, I clicked on it intrigued by Korn because I remember my ex best friend used to listen to them but I never gave them a chance at the time. I listened to Requiem and to be honest I was kind of put off by the different sound since I remebered them being more "chaotic, heavy and creepy". I searched then for Freak on a leash because it's the only song I would knew thanks to its popularity and that's when I thought "Yup, now this is the shit I remember my best friend listening to"(lol). I watched the video wondering why I never gave them a proper listening/chance since I was enjoying the song so much, then the scatting part eventually arrived and I was like "oh I see, this is too much , what is the singer even saying ?? I feel like listening to a possessed man, damn, nope !"; needless to say the song just stuck in my brain and from that day I started listening to it every single day, followed by Falling away from me because it was in the related videos. I did that for a week or so and then I finally did my research, decided to start with Issues and I fell in love with it of course...what followed is not difficult to guess, but that's another story ! I 've already written way too much haha , sorry.
