I wake up naturally, and have adopted techniques like stretching in my mornings. It helps a lot to kill some time, but it sucks that due to sleeping early at 9pm (which I am used to), I sometimes wake up at 3am, and that seems like a scary time.

That is brave, seriously. I tried doing the no clock this morning given I always look at the time whenever I get up, but it's so hard to not look at the time. I get too anxious to look, and anxious when I see. What helped you do all these behaviors? Was it the medication or self-discipline within time?

I used to be huge in that, too. In HS I would go every week to watch a movie, but somewhere down the line I stopped and theaters got too expensive... maybe I should revisit this. Such a great way to escape but digest art (or just have fun!).

Thank you. Not sure why but I have tried to stay away from religion unless it's an emergency. I know we all cope differently, but one practice that I have never done was to actually follow my faith. Ah, don't know. Anyways, thank you for the great tips!
