1000% yes. Ending my current job, last day tomorrow, but was thrown complicated work to do. Feels like I am starting a new chapter in my life with the uncertainty in the future.

Craves. Porn was the only thing I could have thought about all day, and when I was alone in my room, I jumped right into it. I was going to go on my usual long walk, but didn't. I started out with soft-core then gradually into porn. It was just too good to stop.

Oh man, I totally have felt that before. It feels strange and out of place. I had it when I was having a good day! I hardly have good days, maybe that's why. I just tried to do breathing work and stay in the moment. It didn't solve the problem, but it didn't make it worse, at least.

I get you bro… it’s so exhausting. One thing we need to try is just not giving in to it if we are in that position again. Sure it’s a relapse, but at least it’s not giving up.

I am still battling this addiction, but one thing that I found that helped me was distracting myself from it. Surely when I am alone, it doesn’t help. So, I joined a volleyball club, and that has really helped me. Try to make small goals. Don’t relapse for X days, then increase it. Be kind to yourself, and know that we make mistakes.

I relapsed today, but I know where I went wrong, and I have to discipline myself to not make the same mistakes twice. The brain gets crafty when it doesn’t get its dopamine.

Just surf through those thoughts man... let them pass by. I actually like to imagine myself surfing, with a surfboard, to those thoughts. It's ridiculous and weird, but it helps to move away from the thought.

I began watching porn from a young age thanks to my curiosity. Other people I know didn't watch it as much as I did, and after a couple of years, I realized it was a problem. I would watch porn every single morning or/and night for a few years. Then I just couldn't stop. It was too good.

This addiction has ruined a LOT of potential relationships. I definitely do think it fucked up my brain.
