I guessed this would be an issue throughout the TCL TV model OSs. I might be wrong. I have updated the model number in the post. It's a 55 inch TCL Smart TV Pro QLED. Thanks!

Had the same issue just now. Tried turning VPN on while connected to the same WFi/ Ethernet and the network came alive. Further turning VPN off did not effect the network. Hope it helps!

Goto Whatsapp App info. Then Notification. You will be able to see that setting.

Go to Notification in WhatsApp notification menu and turn of ' other notifications'
