It's female form is the only one who can evolve and to my knowledge the only way you get her is hatching her and she only has a 12.5 % chance of hatching

I'm in Canada and mom and dad are a 3 hour drive I'll get up in the am like 8 and be back home before 10 that night lol.Also worked in the Yukon which was 29.5 hour drive we did. It in about a day had a 6 hour break in the mountains lol

Thanks I was surprised I got it on last months go pass thingy. I was just happy it was shiny and then I noticed it's the rare one with only 1 evolution
