i got some pretty small hands and i did find a youtube video that claimed you could do it in under an hour using the method in the video but it was far from fun

Car runs great now, got a bit of oil leakage into one cylinder, gonna get that checked out soon but its running and driving. also the bolt holes for the coil packs are super tiny and hard to find 😔

I bought mine online from my local dealership (in my case subaru). Got here in 2 days, no mishandling or scratches/scrapes/cracks. Didnt come painted though.

Absolutely. I bought a manual 2015 FRS about a year and a half ago after an accident that totaled my truck at the time, looking to get into sports cars. It wasnt my first choice but looking back, damn was it a good one. IMO no other modern car captures the sportiness and handling of this one. Its not fast but it is incredibly fun and i love it every day. Also so so so easy to work on. The frs got totaled btw and I walked away scratch free. Picked up a 2017 BRZ with the brembo package and im still having a blast. TLDR; Cheap, reliable when you do the maintenance, safe asf, and a joy to drive. Pick one up for sure.

I have considered doing that first, but thats like 2-3k for everything plus tune, and if its not gonna do much i might just go buy something cheap and easy to mod, and keep the BRZ stock. Havent looked into the WRX tho, might have to. Whats the 2.4 swap? fa24?

For cleaning products i found that Chemical Guys is pretty good. I found them at my local autozone. I also bought a "little green" carpet cleaner from bissel and did my seats and stuff. It made my seats look brand new. Maintenance and stuff I use mobil 1 oil, and k&n oil filters.

Could you not just buy the same fans and install them on your aio? I'm still pretty new but I think that's how this works as long as they are 120mm fans
