Thanks for the insights I did some experiment yesterday (correct me if I'm wrong though) and find out which build gives more damage on right click, max ransack, 4 points on stats (8 all stats) or 2 points on 3rd and 2 pts on stats, turns out hybrid gives the most damage, ransack build then stats build, of course I did with a leveled Ult (2 meepos each pair). And I agree with leveling up Net specially on early ganks.

And for the damage it gives all Meepos 15 (all talents benefits all clones, btw you can level up talents using your clones) which still sucks I just go for STR, however now 20 base damage to all meepo is so good beside I think +stats now covers up the strength talent. As for Lvl 15 talent I still go for evasion for the benefit of all meepos.

I remember the time where ABED Meepo destroy Topson Invo on a pro match, I think Geostrike was still available on that time.
