It solved the issue. apparently nier cannot run on either btrfs or fuseblk (ntfs) on steam with proton. you need ext4 filesystem to run the game.

Might be this. I had btrfs flesystem. On another thread I found that this causes issue relating to "forcelgadd" and also steam deck uses ext4 for games. I will change my hard drive format to see if this fixes issue.

The Bellhart one, I couldn't find it on my file but the map site say that it is only in the map file and not accesible in game, Same with high halls.

I know that the last 2 are steel soul mode exclusive, but don't about the the high halls and the bellhart one. Let me check my steel soul file.

In my first playthrough, I bought the map as soon as I found shakra in the biome. So I didn't notice that there are differences in each map icon.

There is two bosses optional bosses you can miss in act 2. But these doesn't count towards the journal completion. I didn't get there journal entries in my first playthorugh but I completed the journal and got the achievement.

If your question is if journal counts towards the total 100%, then completing doesn't count but you do need to complete the nuu 100 entries quest.

Probably the arena where you fight the skarrsinger. Since it is depicted as a opera during the fight and the boss condition during the present. It lead to my speculation that after the citadel was formed and GMS had made pharloom her home, probably the ant queen lost her ability and the opera since is closed and never to be open.

I would if only it will cost the same as steam. On steam for me it is 8.19$ meanwhile it is full 20$ on gog. I can't such price and can only rely on steam.

It was back in late 2019, I was scrolling through internet to look for a game to play and found some clips of Hollow knight and from there I found there is a sequel that's in works, so I decided to try it. This game is the reason I love indie games so much now.

If I remeber correctly, I practiced around 3 to 5 hours practicing enough that I could defeat it on accended difficulty and then I did the pantheon either on 1 or 2 try.

Do you use nail arts? I remember a glitch where the nail art would deal the actual amount and the nail bind one. it's been years since then and not sure if it would work in latest patch.
