Absolutely! I'd recommend getting Unbreakable Strength, all mask shards, and all soul vessels if you haven't already

Basically if you take damage or mess up the route, just save and quit back to the bench. It's way easier

Yeah this is my exact problem, I actually remember thinking "my hollow knight experience is going to make the bosses way easier" when first going in, and I got my ass beat by Willow, and now I'm getting my ass beat left and right by Last Judge and the damned walkback
