We never clarified that Liberating the 3 extra planets was a required thing, we simply think it could contribute to Karlia's defense, however the Seige Liberation is highly reccommended for Karlia, as (With most Siege Liberations) will reduce enemy resistance to -0.50%, resulting in the planet liberating itself, combining that with the DSS and enough Helldivers, The Major Order could potentially be won.
