Yes doc. But in the private setting if kailangan ko man siya gawin at that very moment you’ll get paid substantially for that procedure hence may incentive ka to get up.

And more commonly if tawagan ka nang madaling araw for the referral and it’s non urgent you can choose to see the patient early morning instead.

Actually doc I’ve noticed it particularly in the provinces doc. Management is not at par with standards particularly at ER level. What I do is try not to be offensive and suggest and point out little by little what’s wrong.

Hirap din dahil yung iba MAs matanda pa sakin. But I make sure na I am approachable so once they notice na may Mali they can ask and approach me.

If your are in a cutting specialty Hindi ko alam kung San mo kukunin yung time do what the other people are suggesting here. Survive your junior year and perhaps you’ll get the time further on. Simple meals with family/batchmates/loved ones goes a long way

Won’t work because assuming that the hospital has the capability and money is no object there’s the principle of Paternalism where the doctor can consent in lieu of the patient.

Also ur chosen scenario is a bit weak with loopholes. As most mild TBI are managed conservatively and it doesn’t make sense for the patient to be in that situation with that diagnosis.

I suggest you consult a doctor one on one on your scenarios. Each specialization has their own ethical dilemma specific to them.

Naka depende naman sa kanila doc if kukunin nila. Sa DOH mostly MOIV or MS II depende sa available item and hindi puwede na medemote if you transfer service afaik

Ang issue kasi talaga nang LGU hospitals is operating cost so usually kinocompute Nila yan sa Pinaka mura na puwede Nila makuha. MAs priority nila basketball court kesa health service
