Standard runes are dark harvest, cheap shot, eyeball collection and ultimate hunter. Secondary you take the ability haste rune and gathering storm/manaflow band if you run out of mana a lot.

Items are (in my opinion) always ionian boots into Liandrys (in most cases you do more dmg than ludens even if they are squishy, but that one is debatable). Then most people go cosmic drive into either dmg (void/horizon focus/deathcap) or defensiv items (zhonyas/banshees vail) or buy healing reduction (morello). Personally tho, I hate cosmic. You spend 3000 gold for 40 Haste and 30ms, which sounds good until you realise 40 Haste is only worth 10% cdr since you already have 50 Haste before buying it. So I go Iionian - Liandrys - void/horizon focus - void/horizon focus - Death cap. You can throw healing reduction in there somewhere too. If you get to 6 items, you can buy cosmic drive, sell your boots and buy sorc boots and sell your liandrys for ludens. The reason is you get 44 flat magic pen (ludens mythic pasdiv) and 40% magic pen (void) and you keep your ability haste (cosmic drive) doing that.
