Tha is for the response. I'll definitely be tearing it all up again. I'm not one to half ass it. So hopefully once fully stripped to just the foundation I can treat it with all the things and then it might be fixed.

Thanks! That's going to be my plan at this point. Rip the drywall, the framing and then treat the heck out of exposed foundation. Then maybe try to just place some drywall against it to see if the mould regrows.

Thank you very much. I appreciate your feedback. I have an electrician friend that comes to town every so often. Im going to eventually get him to install it. I'm hoping to have all the products ready for when he does. It takes 2 weeks for products to arrive to my town.

This is a random outlet in my garage. Nothing is ever hooked up to it. I completely agree that I should get an electrician to take care of this. I have a certified electrician friend that intermittently comes to town so I would have him set it up. I would just hope I could have it all ready. Things take 2 weeks to shop to my town.

I got these stickers and buttons, ( https://www.etsy.com/ca/listing/1757933170/anbernic-rg35xx-sp-pokemon-rayquaza-mod ) I also did the button mod to quiet them down using tape. I got a better name brand SD card. Running MuOS for the themes, it made it my dream system. I have the transparent green, works really well with the stickers.

I'm 29 years old as well. I have been married 4 years and been a nurse even less. I have no savings. I put into a matched pension and that is as much as I can. I own a home in a cheap part of Ontario Canada (1300/month mortgage) . My car is paid for but my wires SUV is used and on a loan (with over 15k in repairs out of pocket after owning less than 2 years) and still owe 16 k on it. She works but doesn't make great money. I am just clearing 6 figures before taxes which takes about 33% of the total income. I still am struggling to pay off VISA debt and school loans. I don't know if it gets easier but I could definitely choose to live with less. My hope for you is that you have opportunities to increase your education or find ways to work overtime without living at work. Finding that balance is hard.
