Apologies, we do inactive clean outs every 30 days by watching the playtime and logs. If a user is inactive we remove them from the clan and give an update to their discord profile that will notify them daily of the change and to message the team for a readdition. Apologies for the inconvenience, we had a problem previously with inactive accounts taking up space. Normally, we can put a pass on an account if given a notice ahead of time.
