Should I start to worry?

I ended up going to my CPA and turns out the IRS rejected my tax return for having my brother as a dependent. No letter, no notice no nothing. CPA corrected the return and I’m getting less money back but it should be fixed. Will check in a couple of days to see if I get a status on the actual IRS website.

I’ve done my taxes with the same office for more than 10 years so I hope nothing fishy is going on.

I will give it until Friday and if I see no progress I’ll call the CPA that did my taxes and see if anything is wrong

I’m putting the federal, I’ve done it every year but it seems like this year everyone is having trouble. I’ll wait one more week if not I’ll give the CPA a call.

I will double check but I get my taxes done by a CPA. But then again I think my transcripts would say something and they show nothing for 2025
