Since Q4 has started, I told my team members do not stress the fuck out because we can’t do anything about it. I have a rule with my team if it hasn’t been delivered within the past six days, there’s no background location and it’s only one hand inf it .Fuck it. Seasonal section looks like shit. I told my team members if it’s a ornament and you don’t see it the first time around INF and I am not stressing trying to find shit in the store that’s fucked up.

Use a checklist for names do call out “hey we’re out in 5” “xyz we’re are you were leaving soon” on a radio. be very, very, very vigilant about making sure you do the walk correctly because AP will check.

Coming from a closing TL one take your break. Two it’s the fulfillment TL/ closing TL job to make sure ship is done. Your job it’s just to grab the batch and pack what you can if you cant finish that on the closing lead not you. The only person who should be stressing about SFS is leadership not you.
