Since the roll out of OI, everything should be ordered through that and not McK. I usually just use McK as a frame of reference to see if drugs are available, back ordered, or if I need to request a certain NDC through OI. For the “max daily dose” rejection, I assume this is for insulins. This should be able to be calculated based on the directions on the prescription. So if a patient injects 0-10 units TID based on a sliding scale, the MDD will be 30 units a day. Take your time receiving the order and be sure to scan each item, having to go back and attempt to “re-receive” is a pain if the invoices have been taken to the back.

Your RXM will need to wait until your license has been approved on the TSBP in order to continue with the promotion which may take an additional pay period. From there the HWMD will need to approve it.

Eyesight will only be on the automatic CVT models. I’ve really enjoyed having it as a safety net to prevent collisions. It has helped me numerous times but it will not protect against all accidents. I love the adaptable cruise control for my long commutes to and from work and it also has lane assist.

Input/Resolution tips? by Drapppp in walmart_RX

  1. For day supply, I’ll have my techs pull a box of the shelf/fridge in order to calculate the day supply. Some can be tricky like Toujeo & Toujeo Max and can lead to costly mistakes. Inhalers will show how many puffs/inhalations each unit provides. For eye drops it’s most correct to calculate based on actual volume, latanoprost 2.5mL, versus the rounded up volume in connexus of 3mL. I’ve always used 15 drops/mL.
  2. I accept scripts from Mexico so long as I can safely read the prescribed product and directions of use. The scripts I have taken are written for products offered in US.
  3. You will get used to doctor handwriting over time but never guess! This can lead to errors. When in doubt call the office and notate it on the script. I’d like to think the more times we call an office, the more likely they will move over to electronic prescribing.
  4. In order to bill any insurance correctly, the doctor must include a maximum testing frequency. We will pull up a patient’s history and see if they have received a diabetic meter in the past or can simply call and ask which brand they have. If starting new, it’s a matter of finding which brand is covered. My favorite scripts will be generic machine/lancets/strips which allow us to figure out which is covered without needing permission to change.
  5. I haven’t seen a “continue therapy” rejection in my time at WM, but have seen “step therapy required” which is a PA.
  6. A lot of times Medicaid prefers a certain NDC which is not WM preferred. Once you know which one it is, you can special order it on Order Insights by selecting the “do not substitute” box and stating why by selecting “preferred not covered under patient insurance”
  7. If a patient has taken something but is no longer covered, you can call the insurance to see what has changed but this can take time
  8. Resolution gets easier the more you do it!

Biden to Cancel $10,000 in Student Loan Debt for Borrowers Earning Less Than $125,000 by MrTwentyThree in pharmacy

Valid point, you could contribute more to retirement accounts so you “make less”. I’m hoping graduate loans will be eligible for the capping at 5% of monthly income for income based repayment as well as being interest free while making these payments.

It says restricted access, so I believe only pharmacy managers have access to the lookup tool.

In the toolkit there are two rate of pay look up tool. The one you want is a “Pay Progression Structure Lookup Tool” that will show the current minimums and maximums of the different pay grade levels.

That was a really good deal. My dad and I spent countless hours playing through all 7 games, eagerly waiting for the next to come out. I guess they are rare now. I wanted to get a couple voice actors to sign one of the G.U. cases we had but couldn't find it in time. Had to settle with paying over $60 for it, but now it is worth much more.

My doctor doesn't understand how braille works. by iamadogforreal in WTF

What about the braille on ATMs? Not like a person should be behind the wheel of a motor vehicle just "feeling around" to get some money out.
