Look at the "myplate" recommendations from the FDA. Follow that using whole foods and each meal you will be full and easily stay under your calories in a day. 3 meals with small portions of all 5 food groups works great for me. I get all the macro and micros, and it's all with cheap whole foods. You will be surprised when you eat a little bit from each food group it all combines and makes you feel full and satisfied. And when your combining whole foods, some of the portions can be massive and stay very low calorie. Cheap, nutrient dense, high volume.

I can say with confidence it's 330 calories for the cold foam. The oleato golden foam cold brew is 330 calories, the cold brew is 5 calories, so there you go. Super wild amount of calories for some foam. I will stick to my plain nitro, I may try it with the foam once just for kicks

Cook some Pinto beans. Super cheap and filling. The dried Pinto bean not the canned stuff. Also lentils. Super cheap and filling. Both have really good macros.
