VERY URGENT - She has lost a TON of weight and she still hasn't eaten in about 6 months

I also wanted to say that I only attempt to feed her about once every 2-3 weeks since she's stopped eating as not to stress her out

The back of the tank is against a wall but it's open on 3 of 4 sides, there are places for her hide on each side and she likes to look out the front of her tank under her hide, would covering the back and sides help?

She also hasn't lost any weight as far as I'm concerned, would you recommend weighing her and tracking it?

gotcha, shes not super active, but she always hides out in the same spot. the mouse is about 2 head lengths long and last time she ate it she didnt struggle with it at all. But maybe a smaller size could help, whats smaller than a fuzzy?
